Maritime Undersea Mid-Level Software Engineers
The Boeing Company's Maritime Undersea Organization is seeking Mid-Level Software Engineers to support a number of programs located in either Herndon, VA or Huntington Beach, CA.

Position
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software systemSupports software research and development projectsAssists with documentation and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systemsAssists with test procedures and documenting test resultsSecurity Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain US Security clearance (Post-Start).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain US Security clearance (Post-Start)2
years' experience with the software development life cycleExperience with modern software coding practicesSelf-motivated with ability to work in team environmentPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in one or more of the following languages:
C++, C#, Java, JavascriptTypical Education/
Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.
g.
Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.
g.
PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience)In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standardReferral Bonus:
$1500.
